Woke up this morning and found that I did not have very many dishes. Kiddo wanted a cheese quesadilla times two. Had to wait for my clothes to dry. Didn't need to wait long.

Looking over my life for the last couple years I am one lucky woman in part to the company that I work for. I have worked at several call centers for different companies that treat the agents as a number. I understand that is how some companies are but I feel that you treat your agents like a person you will get more work out of them and they will be more loyal to the company. The company I work for does that by treating the agents as people. I am learning so much more of customer service lessons plus the newest stuff that I am learning is networking. I love learning networking.

January 2, 2019 (Wednesday)

Woke up at 8:50 am (MDT) to the kiddo asking me to go look in the truck for his ear buds. Found them and now onto trying to figure out where I left my wallet. Not in truck, not in house so where did I leave it. Called McDonald's that I had lunch at yesterday. They found it. YEAH!!! Thank God. Drove over to McDonald's talk to the manager (had a second form of picture I'd ready). He went to the office and brought it out. Everything was in the wallet that I left .

I got to go to work about 11 am (MDT) after I finished a pile of dirty dishes. Get into work and find we are back to back on the call floor. I am a Universal Agent which means I help with all kinds of phone issues.

Today with it being the first day of the new year back at work was a long and hard day.

FIrst Post Of The Year 2019 ~ January 1, 2019 (Thursday)

Sitting here t 2:48 am (MDT) in the morning. Thinking of a couple Christmas wishes that I am going to add to my 2019 goals. My goals for 2019 are the following:

Promotion (SME or TL)
Maintain Blog
Expand Tech Learning
Improve Lifestyle (i.e. eating right)
Expand Knowlege
Expand Relationships (i.e. two Christmas wishes)

Went to a place called 'Temple Square' today. Cold but still fun to go learn. This is the Main Temple for the LDS (The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints) in Salt Lake City, Utah. (Link: www.lds.org) When I am there I feel at peace. This is like not having a care in the world. This was a little after noon today.

Now 5:57 pm (MDT) cooking shepherd's pie. Something that my family throws together that tastes great. Goes a long way to feed a lot of people in one sitting or a small group of people several days. Depending on what site you go to or what you learned from a family member the dish is great to eat and pass down to your children, grandchildren or any children that come along and want to learn to cook. By the way, recipes are one of the topics and tags that I will be adding to teach some or ideas for others. With some of the recipes, they are going to be medically related to helping all of us that use natural ingredients.

Dinner is done 6:50 pm (MDT). Sitting down to eat and going to explain how my blog is going to work. I have asked on my Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/brenda.crosby.9) several questions. The questions range from what I should call the blog, topics and what other things I should write about. So I am going to be writing about what I know, what I have and what I will be learning over the next 363 days. Plus information that I come across. This blog is going to be daily. I will be posting on the blog nightly after I get off work. My schedule is evenings so I am writing in a paper journal book so I can keep track of what I am doing during the day plus anything else that pops into my head for you all to read about.

Now my bio is not up yet but I will be by January 5, 2019, if not sooner in the week.

For now, as you can see I tend to write a lot. Does not mean I can't speak. I can speak a lot of words when I want too in work and in my personal life. I just feel that my words come together better on paper or digital.

By the way, I tend to throw in some day to day learning.

OK I Guess I did not miss a day

OK so I guess i did not missed a day. In this post later I will tell you about my day that you all did not hear about. So till then I love you all. Talk to you soon.

On Saturday I slept in till about 10am. When I got up I watched my roommate's son for him. Later on that day me and the roommate (Tracie) went to wash clothes at the local loaudry mat. We left her husband Rouvon and Jesse home because Jesse pass out and took a late nap and did not wake up till about 8pm. When we got home it was about 11pm our time (we are mountain standard time here). We brought the clothes in and put them in the rooms that they need to be in that way they could be put away on Sunday, Januarday 4, 2009 after Churchwhich starts at 9am and goes to 12pm. Tell you about that on Sunday.

How this blog is going to work?

As you can see by the title of this blog I am going to explain how this is going to work for the year of 2009. I am going to try to do the following each and every day of the week for you all. my postings will be either of these: Stories, Recipes, Quotations, Pictures (these are one that I either get online from my groups that I am in or ones that I have all ready to upload), plus little things to let you know what is going on in my life. So you will have at least one post from me per day if not more (if more then be thankful that I am able to post more than one). To you all that will be fun for you to read more about me and for my family that should give them a idea of what is going on in my life plus what I have been doing or reading, I hope. If that does not work for you, i hope that you let me know by leaving comments and letters or questions that I could answer for you. Also for Sunday there will be the lessons that I have learned in church for you all also on that to let you know I am what is called "LDS" or the long titled for my church is "The Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter-day Saints." On one of my future post I will give you the links to the scriptures that I use and where I am getting the lessons that I am doing. After I do the lessons for this year (2009) I will also try to do the basic lessons for you all so that can help you with your questions.I think that I have giving you the basic run down of how this blog is going to work for this year 2009.

Oh I almost forgot if I do not remember to post one per day then the next day I will make it up by doing two post even if they turn out to be small posts. I am hoping that this will help everyone that I know (i.e. family, friends, close-friends (((blushing))), and anyone else that would like to get to know me). Plus this will help to learn to type better plus putting thoughts to paper so to speak.

I need to go I have to go pick up the roommate from work so talk to you when I get back from that. And yes this counts as the post for today but there might be more later. We will see.
